I specialize in finding cash-positive properties and businesses that generate income from day one, whether you're a first-time buyer, a seasoned investor, or an entrepreneur ready to launch your next venture. I went full-time into real estate in early 2024, after roles in student recruitment and admissions — and before that, co-founded a business that grew from $7M to $44M in revenue across 17 countries. That operator background is what shapes how I look at every deal: not just "can this close," but "does this make sense as an investment."

We don’t hire often, and we don’t hire in volume. What we look for is someone who treats a client’s money like their own and can hold a deal together when it gets complicated.
